$1 *GEM*

This weeks $1 *GEM* is by Jordana. Yes, this is one of the items I bought a couple months ago on my trip to the $1 store.

Why it's a *GEM*:
waterproof
smudge proof
quick drying
long lasting
non flaking

     This liner comes in a variety of metallic colors and even regular brown and black.
I wore it with my ELF jumbo eye sticks and the liner survived the day, even though the sticks did not.
